Bushi Samurai Wakizashi
The Japanese wakizashi “Shinsetsu Bushi”, symbolizing the “Kind Samurai” in Japan, is crafted from multi-folded 1095 carbon steel and then clay-tempered (featuring a genuine hamon and a beautiful Damascus pattern). This wakizashi is fully produced through traditional handwork. It comes in a black hardwood saya adorned with buffalo horn and ray skin elements. The tsuka (handle) is covered with real ray skin and tightly wrapped in Japanese silk. The blade is hand-polished and sharpened with Japanese waterstones. The tsuba, kashira, and menuki are embellished with real gold and silver, making this wakizashi a masterpiece of craftsmanship and a tribute to the noble samurai spirit.
The elegant saya, the powerful blade, and the gold-plated tsuba make this wakizashi a true standout among the top-tier Japanese short swords.
„The truth is not what you want it to be. It is what it is, and you must bow to its power or live with a lie.“
(Yamamoto Tsunetomo)
